Via Twitter, Jason Gatties (do yourself a favor and follow him) wondered if there was one place to find the important dates for the US National Team leading up to the World Cup; since I was unable to find one, here's a quick reference of notable dates.


May 11

-30 man preliminary roster due to FIFA. This is the player pool from which Bob Bradly can name his final 23-man roster for South Africa


May 15

-Players begin to arrive for pre-World Cup camp, taking place at Princeton in New Jersey. Bradley is on record saying that "26 to 28 guys" will be called into camp.


May 17

-Camp officially begins with first training session.


May 25

-First of the send off friendlies, against the Czech Republic at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT.


May 29

-Friendly against Turkey at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.


June 1

-Final World Cup roster of 23 is due to FIFA.


June 5

-Final World Cup tuneup against Australia in Roodepoort, South Africa.
