Charlie Davies hit the DC area radio airwaves today ahead of the United opener on Saturday at RFK. Davies joined The Sports Junkies of 106.7 The Fan, the most popular sports show in DC, to talk about his accident, recovery, and outlook.







It's definitely worth a listen. I'm always happy to hear soccer talked about on DC radio. The Junkies did a reasonable job with Charlie, a couple of cringe worthy moments aside. Davies' perspective on the accident is encouraging, and they even managed to squeeze in a couple of good callers.
